Line tool

This is the line tool. Probably, the easiest tool for drawing, both from the artist and the programmer points of view. Therefore, we implemented it first.

Our Line is just two points forming a segment, which can be moved separately or together. And, both on the pixel-wise and on the sub-pixel grid, to change the order of pixels in the renderer. In addition, when dragging a single point, it is possible to bind to the dimetric angles (under which the line forms a beautiful 1x1 or 2x1 pixel image) All this is shown on the first GIF.

On the second GIF, I'm trying to draw an icon for the select tool with the line tool.
